From 2004 through 2014, COMVEST and its development partners worked as preferred developers for Walgreens Pharmacy in select areas of Louisiana and Mississippi. From target market research and site selection, property purchase and lease negotiation, to construction management and final punchlist inspection, COMVEST delivered on the maxim, “Under commit and over deliver.” Locations were sold to investors either prior to or shortly after final contruction.
