SOLD: Shopko Hometown, Hardin, MT

The development partnership of NLD of Hardin, LLC (a development arm of COMVEST Properties, LLC) sold a 25,860 SF Shopko Hometown located in Hardin, Montana.  Jeff Rowlett, Net Lease Property Advisors of Marcus & Millichap, represented the partnership in the transaction.

The new construction was a relocation by Shopko Hometown within Hardin and increased the retailer’s footprint by over 10,000 SF.
