Scott Rheams elected to leave COMVEST Properties to pursue other career opportunities effective September 23rd. Scott worked over five years on various retail development projects for COMVEST throughout the southeast including Walgreens Pharmacies in Carencro and Minden, Louisiana and Academy Sports + Outdoors in Warner Robins, Georgia. Scott was also instrumental in the development of Kay Jewelers’ first free standing location, also in Warner Robins, GA. He is known and respected for his attention to detail. COMVEST wishes him every success.
Adam Mitchell has been promoted to the position of Development Manager and will coordinate and oversee COMVEST’s development and construction activities. Adam joined COMVEST in early 2013 as Retail Development Coordinator and has been deeply involved with all of the projects in the company’s pipeline since day one. Adam has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University and recently earned his Mississippi Real Estate Sales Person License. His background in civil engineering and construction make him a perfect fit for the demands of COMVEST’s many projects in various stages of development.
This time of transition will be an opportunity to renew and reinforce the productive relationships already established between COMVEST, our lenders, our tenants, and our vendors.
