The development partnership of NLD of Hardin, LLC (a development arm of COMVEST Properties, LLC) sold a 25,860 SF Shopko Hometown located in Hardin, Montana.  Jeff Rowlett, Net Lease Property Advisors of Marcus & Millichap, represented the partnership in the transaction.

The new construction was a relocation by Shopko Hometown within Hardin and increased the retailer’s footprint by over 10,000 SF.

Pascagoula, Mississippi – The development partnership of NLD of Pascagoula, LLC recently sold a 20,100 SF Office Depot located in Chico Crossing Plaza for $1.9 million. Doug Molyneaux of COMVEST Properties, LLC represented the development partnership in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Sean O’Shea, BRC Advisors, Inc, of Los Angeles, CA.

 

COMVEST Completes First Shopko Hometown Assignment

Hardin, Montana – COMVEST recently completed build to suit construction for Shopko Hometown (http://www.shopkohometown.com/) in the Big Sky Country. The 25,860 SF building is a relocation of their current store and increases their space by over 10,000 SF.

Shoe Show Opens in Centre at Courthouse

Gulfport, Mississippi (July 30, 2015) – Shoe Show opened this week to complete the tenant line up in the main building of Centre at Courthouse. The footwear retailer occupies Suite 300’s 4,500 SF and carries handbags and accessories as well as women’s, men’s and children’s shoes, boots and sandals. Shoe Show joins co-tenants Citi Trends and Dollar Tree in providing quality merchandise at a great value to the 35,000 SF neighborhood center’s shoppers.
